The project AURA feat. Bronagh Slevin is concretized in 2016 by Nick Morris (aka Nello Nicita, DJ / producer and sound engineer, name of extreme artistic thickness in the world-wide underground scene) and Dave Scott (aka David La Maestra, DJ and composer) along with Irish songwriter Bronagh Slevin (vocalist and writer with vocal tone rich in ambient nuances, with a past as a collaborator of groups such as Los Ladrones and A Tribe Called Quest). The trio decided to launch the project on the occasion of the first single on Clatch Records, Pearl Of The Sea, a track from electro-pop atmospheres, characterized by a nearly ethereal but incisive sound. The single, composed as a true 'love statement' to the land of origin of Nick and Dave and of 'adoption' for Bronagh, or Sicily (hence the title 'Pearl Of The Sea', that is, pearl of the sea ) Says a lot about the trio's recording targets, combining two composers and a vocalist who is very much mindful of the record panorama of today's reality.
